General registration is open to all participants who have completed Intermediate 1 level or can meet the class pre-requisites as printed HERE. General registration is open from March 18 at 12:00 pm (it will be manually opened at that time) up to April 7. If class is sold out, please sign up for the waitlist.

If you are a JCCC returning student (from prior to Fall 2025) or a new student transferring from another language program, you will not be pre-approved for ticket purchase. Please contact us here for approval. Please include your name and the level that you would like to join.

A Student Information Background Form will be emailed. Please complete this by April 7.
Participants will require the textbook "Japanese for Busy People Vol. 2 (Revised 4th Edition)
The textbook can be pre-purchased from the Online store on your portal dashboard (Store tab on the black navigation bar at the top). Purchases will be available for pick up across from the front entrance on the first day of classes.

Registration in the correct level is solely the responsibility of the registrant. Pre-requisites are posted on the JCCC website here.
Level changes must be requested by email to registration@jccc.on.ca within the first week of classes.
Level changes are subject to availability, and will incur an administrative fee of $50.00, any applicable fee differences and taxes.
