General Registration
General registration is open to all participants who have completed the Intemrediate 1 level. General registration is open from December 10 at 12:00 pm (it will be manually opened at that time) up to January 16
Please make sure that you are able to meet the suggested class pre-requisites or can complete the Self Assessment Test.
If you are a JCCC returning student (from prior to Fall 2025) or a new student transferring from another language program, you will not be pre-approved for ticket purchase. Please contact us here for approval. Please include your name and the level that you would like to join.
Maximum class size is 15 participants.

Registration requires an Active JCCC membership to purchase the ticket.
After completing any membership process/purchase, please sign out of the JCCC Portal and sign back in to activate the filters necessary to purchase your class ticket.
Registration Forms are required each term. An online participant profile will be emailed after registration is confirmed.
Textbooks (Japanese for Busy People Volume 2, Revised 4th Edition) are available for purchase in-person from the JCCC reception desk. Unfortunately, the JCCC is unable to ship the books to purchasers.
All sales are final. There are no refunds, transfers or deferrals on any payments.

Who can access the JCCC member portal?
Please note that the JCCC member portal is to be used by members of JCCC only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by JCCC staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
What can be posted?
To ensure all interactions within the JCCC member portal are safe and friendly, JCCC staff will oversee the member portal activity and will review, edit, and delete any inappropriate content that has been submitted.
